PHASER – BREAK  (PQB) Extra Strength Quick Break Degreaser
Hazard Status: “Caution”

A powerful water based degreaser formulated to remove heavy grease, dirt and oil from a variety of surfaces.  Free of liquid hydrocarbons and phosphates.  Cleaning power of natural orange oil has been utilized.  Phaser Break is designed to function as a “Quick Break” product; the oil and grease will rapidly separate from rinse waters, which ensures effective operation of separating equipment such as coalescing plate separators.  Directions:   To degrease engines, machinery and concrete: 200 ml  : 1 L of water, spray or brush onto soiled area, allow to penetrate then hose off with pressure.  Floor and power scubbers: 50 ml : 1 L water, Steam and pressure cleaning: 10 – 50 ml : 1 L water.

MECHANICS – BREAK  (MQB) Quick Break Concentrated Solvent Degreaser

A high flash point solvent degreaser formulated to remove heavy grease, dirt and oil from a variety of surfaces, including concrete, vinyl and any metals. Safe on reactive metals such as aluminium, mag alloys, copper, etc. Mechanics Break is designed to function as a “Quick Break” product; the oil and grease will rapidly separate from rinse waters, which ensures effective operation of separating equipment such as coalescing plate separators.  Directions:  Use dry containers only for mixing. Mixes to form a green ready to use degreaser.   Ensure that the soiled surface is free from water.  Spray or brush on, leave for 10 minutes then rinse off with a jet of water.  Oil and grease are readily emulsified. Normal engine deposits, spare parts and oily surfaces dilute: 5 L : 150 L diesel or kerosene. Heavy deposits: 5L : 100L diesel or kerosene.  Residues should be collected in an effluent pit.

JUNKYARD – BREAK  (JQB) Quick Break Concrete Cleaning Powder
Hazard Status: “Caution”

A heavy duty degreasing powder which provides quick, easy removal of grease and oil stains on concrete floors, driveways and other unpainted hard surfaces as a quick break product; the grease and oil will rapidly separate from rinse waters, which ensures effective operation of separating equipment such as coalescing plate separators.  Directions:   Cleaning soiled concrete, wet the surface and sprinkle on, broom the area to dissolve product, then allow 10 – 30 minutes, hose off with a jet of water.
